Every order can be opened and looked over at the door, before any money changes hands. If it is not right, it goes back.

At the door
Open the box in front of the rider and look the toy over. If it is what you expected, keep it and pay.
There is no charge for looking, and no pressure either way.
How a return works
Because most orders are cash on delivery, the decision happens at the door. Hand it back to the rider and nothing is owed.
If you have already paid and the item is eligible, tell us within a day of delivery and we will arrange collection.
What we can accept
The toy must be unused, with packaging and seals intact. A toy that has been played with cannot be taken back, for hygiene and safety.
Batteries, once opened, are not returnable.
Damaged or wrong
If the order arrives damaged, broken, or different from what you ordered, check it in front of the rider and tell us within a day. It is replaced or put right at no cost to you.
Refunds
With cash on delivery there is usually nothing to refund, since a toy handed back is never paid for. Delivery charges are not refundable. Where a refund does apply, it is processed within 7 days by the method you paid with.
Asking for a return
Call or write with your order number and what went wrong. We will take it from there and arrange collection or exchange.
