What we hold,
and why.

Placing an order gives us your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. That is what it takes to confirm the order, ship it, and reach you if something needs checking.

We also keep your order history and any messages you send, so a second conversation does not have to start from nothing.

To process and deliver orders, confirm them by phone, arrange cash on delivery, and answer questions. If you have opted in, occasionally to mention new pieces.

Nothing is used for a purpose you would not expect from a toy shop.

Your name, address and mobile number go to the courier, because the order cannot reach you otherwise. Nothing is sold to anyone, ever.

We disclose information where the law requires it, and only as far as it requires.

Order records are kept while they are needed to run the business, meet tax and record-keeping obligations, and settle any dispute. After that they are removed.

The site uses a small number of cookies to remember your basket and language, and to keep things working. You can clear or block them in your browser, though parts of the site will work less well.

Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and it will be done.
